How can I remove the rear axle on my Bike Bmx Diamondback Bmx Tire?
Hello, I have a BMX bike diamond, and part of my inclination of the rim (do not ask me how). I bent it into place, but is a bit stiff and does not feel safe. So I want to get a new tire, but my rear hub has Very Good ball and I want to use. I do not know how to detach and attach the center though … Need help?
You have to loosen and remove each spoke of the wheel. Then, radii from sliding out of holes in the bucket back to fit the new tire. You can do this part yourself at home and then take the hub to a shop to have to build the wheel back to you. You will need a radio key and 15-30 minutes to undo everything. You may want (or need) to use radios for new construction, depending on what that the new tire and the status of their current radios. If you're sure never to use them, you can do the job faster by using a mini 8 "cutter Bolt speaking to each clip …. this is what most shops do when removing a wheel. I suppose you could use a cutting wheel on a Dremel, too. Rebuilding the wheel is not something you should probably try now, but you can definitely learn if desired. It is not terribly difficult. I would like recommend having the shop do this over and asks if they will let you see what we can understand how everything works. Here are some instructions and see if you can find old wheels for practice. Hope it helps …. if you need anything more just ask!
